Young Scholars Programme (YSP) 2026
Young Scholars Programme (YSP) 2026 prepares and inspires students for confident subject choices, college outcomes, and career decisions. YSP offers high school students in grades 9–12 a unique, hands-on introduction to liberal arts and sciences at Ashoka University.
YSP is a certified, summer, residential program that runs in two editions: May 18 – May 29, 2025 and June 1 – June 12, 2026. Students may apply to either session. YSP offers 8 interdisciplinary programmes combining interactive learning with real world insights and experiential modules for the academic advancement and all-round development of students.

Register for YSP

Verify Your Email
Open your registered email, verify your account, and log in to the application portal.
Complete Your Application
Fill in your personal and academic details, and upload your supporting documents (marksheets, certificates, etc.).
Pay the Application Fee
Pay the registration fee of Rs. 1000/- online (non - refundable).
Eligibility Criteria
- High school students from throughout India and across the world are eligible to apply
- Students entering class 9, 10, 11, or 12 while they are attending the programme, i.e. in May 2026, are eligible to apply.
- Students who have appeared for class 12th board exams before YSP begins are also eligible to apply.
- Students should be comfortable with written & spoken English, which will be the medium of instruction for the programme
Gather Required Documents
Keep scanned copies of your mark sheets from the last two academic years, along with certificates or documents that verify your achievements. You will need these for the online form, so it’s helpful to have them ready in advance.
Prepare for Payment
Ensure you have the necessary details at hand for the online application fee payment. The non-refundable application fee is INR 1,000/-.
